Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email so we can refer to it in any future correspondence regarding your order.
Our processing time is 2-3 working days from receipt of your order.
Payments
This store is hosted by Go Daddy, who provide the e-commerce platform from which we provide our products and services. Payment is deducted at the point of processing your order. If your payment cannot be authorised, for any reason, we will notify you. Your ordered goods will only be dispatched to you once your payment has been successfully processed.
Availability of Goods
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any goods you have ordered are not available or if there will be delays in fulfilling your order.
Deliveries
Deliveries are currently in the UK only and will be made by Royal Mail.
Returns
Any goods may be returned if you are unhappy, within reason. Please contact us in advance to discuss, and on agreement regarding how to proceed, please send the items back (unused and undamaged) within 14 days, and we will refund or replace them. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods on receipt of the goods back from you.
Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct cost and cannot be refunded except where an item is either faulty or the delivered order is incorrect.
Please return goods with a proof of postage certificate as you will be responsible for all returned goods until they arrive with us. Please email in advance and we will provide you with the postal address you need to return your item(s) to.
